Another successful event! A returning champion and a new Corgi mix champion crowned! Wonderful fans cheered on the corgis for 2 days of suspenseful racing! Our very own Freddie Corgury defended her crown as the official "Calgary Corgi Cup" Champion -
Congratulations to Freddie Corgury and her owners, Linda and Taylor. She is a true champion! Bandit, in his very first race, ran to claim the title of Corgi Mix Champion! Congratulations to Dione Lalonde!
Our 2026 Racing Season is over!
Another successful year of racing is in the books!
We had such a great year!
New friends, new corgis and new faces!
Our year wrapped up with the first ever private gala attended by 24 super fast racers and saw Willow emerge from the Young Guns category as our eventual winner! They are all fast, fur-ious and entertaining! Check back for more events for the corgis!

2026 Calgary Corgi Cup was a huge success!!!
30 corgis and corgi mixes showed up to Spruce Meadows to provide the edge of your seat excitement that only Corgi Racing can provide!
The air was electric with excitement and cheers and the corgis did not disappoint! We had chaos! We had "by a whisker" finishes and we had a new corgi mix champion crowned in only his first race ever!
Freddie Corgury nudged out Monty Ng by a snout to successfully keep her crown as our "most winningest corgi ever" and to complete her year as the Calgary Stampeders Corgi Cup and the Spruce Meadows Corgi Cup Champion yet again!
Bandit deftly charged to the lead in the Mixed Corgi final and in his first race ever, claimed the coveted Mixed Corgi Cup Champion!
An exciting year of racing officially coming to an end with nothing but smiles and friendship! Here's to the family we've created and to more fun next year!
Calgary Stampeders August 30th, 2026!
The Calgary Stampeders 2026 Corgi Cup Champion is... Freddie Corgury!
Her winning legacy lives on!
Freddie successfully defended her crown and cup of treats and out ran the competition! A true legacy racer, keep your eye on her next year!
Thank you to the University of Calgary Dinos for hosting what they called "their #1 halftime show ever!" The corgis brought excitement and drew cheers and even a few bets from the crowd!
A big corgi "Thank you" to our student volunteer handlers for bringing your youthful exuberance to the track! The corgis had a blast and our very own No Teste Ted walked away with bragging rights! Go Dinos Go!!!
Corgi Mix Champs
It's not just about the purebreds! We also celebrate our favourite corgi mixes!
We are a welcoming, safe and anything corgi filled environment! If they have corgi in them, they are welcome! Corgi Mix Champions Apollo and new Champion Bandit celebrate!
